Founder: Kim has been the driving force of Kim’s Kustom from the start. Embroidery Design is not just a vocation but a PASSION. Kim has been embroidering  for over 30 years, first, as a chainstitch-freehand embroiderer, then branching out to include all aspects; digitizing , production, and design. Her attention to detail and ability to get the best from design to thread sets Kim’s Kustom above the rest.

Roy V., GM—VP

While we don’t allow Roy to touch the machines, he is an expert on Customer Service, Operations, and Procedures at Kim’s Kustom having built most of them. Business is Roy’s passion and he has consulted and mentored many small  business owners over the years. He’s even our webmaster—so email him with any inquiries or comments.

Ae Kyong Yi—Master Embroiderer / Production Mgr

Trained by Kim, Ae Kyong is both a Chainstitch Embroiderer and Satin Embroidery Operator. With over two decades  of experience she is the backbone of the production department. Her attention to detail is second to none and her dedication to her craft is both an inspiration and standard to all that work with her.
